About us

We started PolyGel Nail Kit for one reason: a full set at a salon costs $60–90 and takes two hours, and the at-home alternative was a mess of unlabelled bottles and instructions nobody could follow.

PolyGel sits between hard gel and acrylic. It doesn't smell, it doesn't need a drill to remove, and it's forgiving enough that a first attempt looks like a manicure rather than a warning. That made it the obvious thing to build a kit around.

What we actually do

We choose what goes in the kits and we write the instructions. Every kit is put together so that one box contains everything a set needs — gel, forms, a brush, slip solution and a lamp — instead of the four separate orders it usually takes to work that out.

We're a small independent shop, not a factory. Our products are made by established nail-supply manufacturers and selected by us. We ship to customers across the United States.

What we won't do

  • We don't invent reviews. When you see a rating on this site, a real customer left it. We're new, so there aren't many yet.
  • We don't make claims we can't stand behind. No "98% chip resistance", no percentages we didn't measure.
  • We don't hide the delivery time. It's 7–14 business days and it says so on every product page, before you pay.

If it doesn't work out

You have 30 days. If the kit isn't for you, email us and we'll refund it — no restocking fee and no argument. See shipping and returns for exactly how that works.
