We ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Free shipping on orders over $35.
- $3.99 on orders under $35.
- Delivery: 7–14 business days. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and every order is tracked.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after five business days, email us and we'll chase it.
The 30-day guarantee
If the kit isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the order. It applies whether the product is faulty or you simply didn't get on with it.
Email us with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. You don't need to post anything back. Returning a bottle of gel usually costs more than the gel, so we'd rather refund you and let you keep it — pass it on to someone who'll use it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you'd rather. Don't post anything back before you've heard from us.
Cancellations and changes
Email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll change or cancel it. Once it's shipped, the 30-day guarantee covers you instead.
